Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy that adheres to best practices within an outpatient clinic setting.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to gauge client needs and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic family therapy techniques tailored to your client's unique circumstances.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical providers, and peer support specialists to optimize client treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that complies with ethical and regulatory standards, including HIPAA, BBS, and DMH regulations.

• Participate actively in weekly clinical supervision and peer consultation groups to enhance your clinical skills and share insights.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families from various backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the state of California. Associate registrations will not be accepted.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient, community mental health settings, or private practice.

• A strong understanding of family systems, trauma-informed care principles, and culturally responsive practices is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a broad array of populations, particularly those from traditionally underserved communities.

• Proficiency in electronic health records and familiarity with Medi-Cal documentation is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
