This full-time role allows you to work remotely while supporting individuals and families in achieving their mental health goals. This position allows you to work remotely, offering flexibility while maintaining a structured approach. Our outpatient office is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate virtual therapy sessions. The hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., creating a balanced work-life experience. You will engage with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, participating in team consultations and ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate client symptoms and diagnose mood disorders or behavioral issues.

• Designing and implementing effective treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and needs.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and coping strategies.

• Monitoring client progress through ongoing sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
\n
• Engaging in regular team meetings to discuss case management strategies and share insights with colleagues.

• Advocating for clients' mental health needs, promoting awareness and understanding within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patient population will consist primarily of individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the distinctive needs of each individual or family unit. Your ability to connect and build trust with clients will be essential in fostering a safe environment for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Must hold an active California LMFT license in good standing.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
