Las Vegas, NV (Local candidates only – Must live in the Las Vegas area) About the Role TruWear is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing Las Vegas team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing corporate accounts, helping companies elevate their brand through high-quality branded merchandise, apparel, and promotional products. We don’t just sell swag — we help businesses create memorable experiences and stronger brand connections through custom apparel and promotional gear. Key Responsibilities Build and grow long-term relationships with corporate clients in Las Vegas and surrounding markets Identify client needs and recommend creative branded merchandise solutions (apparel, promo, and custom gear) Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, order fulfillment, and account maintenance Collaborate with our in-house design and production teams to deliver high-quality custom products on time Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Become a trusted advisor to clients on all things branded merchandise and corporate gifting What We’re Looking For 2+ years of proven experience selling branded merchandise, promotional products, or corporate apparel Strong hunter mentality with the ability to develop new business Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to understand client goals and translate them into creative merchandise solutions Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Must live in the Las Vegas metro area (this is an in-market, in-person role) Bonus Points If You Have Existing book of business or client relationships in Las Vegas Experience with custom apparel programs or on-site event activations Knowledge of embroidery, screen printing, or direct-to-garment printing What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Opportunity to be part of a growing, innovative apparel and swag company Work with national brands and local Vegas companies Fast-paced, creative environment where your ideas matter If you’re passionate about branded merchandise, love building real client relationships, and want to live and work in Las Vegas, we want to hear from you.
