• Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with food safety sanitizing procedures, health regulations, and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas.
• Lead menu planning efforts in collaboration with the culinary team, incorporating dietary considerations and catering requirements.
• Oversee food handling practices and maintain proper storage procedures to minimize waste and control costs.
• Support banquet and catering events by coordinating food production and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a professional kitchen environment, preferably with banquet or catering experience.
• Extensive background in fine dining settings with strong knowledge of culinary techniques and presentation standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high levels of food quality and safety.
• Familiarity with inventory management, cost control measures, and kitchen management systems.
• Hands-on experience with food preparation, food service management, and catering operations.
• Knowledge of dietary department procedures, food safety sanitizing protocols, and hospitality standards.
• Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication abilities to motivate staff and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
