Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population
• Manage patient encounters efficiently, meeting or exceeding the minimum of 18 patients per day
• Ensure timely chart closure within 72 hours as per facility protocols

Qualifications

• Active DEA registration and NP furnishing license with Schedule II
• ORP enrollment in Medi-Cal preferred; willingness to enroll is necessary
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar outpatient setting

Working Hours

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
