You will organize requirements effort, including resources, monitoring, project coordination, and managing changes in accordance to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Elicit complete and accurate requirements and translate those requirements into user stories within Jira. Participate in an Agile crew, ceremonies and review/modify written stories. Participate in testing as needed. Process flow documentation using Visio, current vs. future state mapping, and data flow diagrams. Ensure business goals and objectives are fulfilled through a solution. Identify business need and propose solution approach and scope. Have clear understanding of the requirements to enable building a solution that meets business needs. Ensure solution requirements are understood and fulfilled by the technical design and provide support for their implementation. Have Agile/Waterfall Methodologies experience. Direct research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements. Participate in the development and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics and reporting. Provide senior level consultation and communicate with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project goals and objectives. Consult and recommend frameworks, methodologies and processes involved in business requirements traceability. Mentor, lead, and coach other associates to affect knowledge transfer. Oversight of policy and procedure documentation. Translate business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with experts and stakeholders. Lead multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment. Provide direction for the successful deployment of projects. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
