Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist - Glendale, AZ

Join a dynamic retail pharmacy team providing essential services across multiple locations in the greater Phoenix area. This position is per diem, offering the flexibility to work part-time supporting a growing network of pharmacies as they prepare for busy upcoming seasons including graduations, summer vacations, and holidays.


Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently within a retail setting.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and manage pharmacist-only sites as needed.
• Participate in comprehensive training sessions to become proficient with QS1 pharmacy systems.
• Maintain immunization privileges and provide patient vaccinations.
• Serve as a dependable team member covering shifts during call-outs, vacations, or increased prescription volumes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail pharmacy experience; 5+ years preferred for higher compensation.
• Immunization certification and current BLS card required.
• Familiarity with QS1 pharmacy software is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in varied pharmacy environments.

Schedule & Location:

• Mon-Sat shifts, typically 10 AM to 7 PM, some sites closing at 8 PM.
• Flexible part-time schedule, ideally 2-4 days per week.
• Multiple commutable locations within Phoenix; travel support available for sites beyond 30 miles.
