We’re looking for a motivated  Family Nurse Practitioner with recent  Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care experience who is comfortable practicing autonomously and committed to evidence-based care.

Your Opportunity

As a MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner, you’ll work alongside a dedicated clinical care team to provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions.
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
• Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, wellness education, and chronic disease management.
• Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices and encourage active participation in their healthcare.
• Coordinate treatment and care plans with other healthcare professionals.
• Manage patient appointments and follow-up care.
• Support clinic operations, including inventory, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Practice autonomously while collaborating with a dedicated clinical care team.
• Advocate for patients and contribute to improved health outcomes.

This is an  in-person, patient-facing position with onsite requirements as needed.

Schedule

• Full-time opportunity
• Up to 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Weekend and holiday rotations may apply.

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Master's degree from a  Family Nurse Practitioner program .
• Current national board certification.
• Current Tennessee NP/APRN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care.
• Strong understanding of quality measurement and chronic disease management.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to practice autonomously.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency with electronic medical systems and technology.
• Flexibility and willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care experience is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
