Job Overview Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Urgent Care Clinics . Join our growing practice seeing patients at our eleven urgent care locations in the Minneapolis‑St Paul area and surrounding suburbs. Practice Details Join our team of 45+ urgent care providers. Our Maplewood location is our primary need at this time, with the potential to float to additional sites. Patient encounters average 20‑30 patients per day in a 10 hour shift. Flexible FTE from .6 to 1.0 – Flexible schedule, weekend coverage is most needed. For a 1.0 FTE, total annual requirement of 1,664 hours total. No Call required. As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). Qualifications Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited formal Family Nurse Practitioner training program. BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC. Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing. Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required). Additional Qualifications At least 2 years of previous Urgent Care, Primary Care, ER, or Hospitalist experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
