Accounting AdministratorPridestaff Financial on behalf of a client is seeking an experienced and friendly Accounting Administrator to join their growing team! Please apply now!Main Functions:Daily operations of the accounting department.Filtering dataMaintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.Balance accounts by reconciling entries.Process month and year end process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, check runs, debt activity.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Process high volume transactionsAssist with administrative tasksYearly auditsQualifications:1-3 years of accounting experienceBachelor's Degree in Accounting or in process is preferredAdvanced level in ExcelGood communication skillsResourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail orientedAbility to multi-taskBilingual (English & Spanish) is a plusMust be able to submit to a background check and a drug screenPridestaff Financial is an equal opportunity employer.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $23.00All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
