We're Hiring | New Business Development – Engineering Services (Aerospace) Location: Seattle, WA, USA We are looking for an experienced New Business Development Leader with a strong background in Engineering Services to expand our presence across the Aerospace sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic sales professional with an established network within Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers , and a proven ability to win new business for engineering and technical services. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities within the aerospace market. Build and strengthen relationships with Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Develop and execute business development strategies for Engineering Services. Drive solution-based sales across engineering design, analysis, digital engineering, and testing services. Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Lead proposal development, pricing, contract negotiations, and deal closures. Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. What We're Looking For 8–10+ years of Business Development/Sales experience in Engineering Services. Proven experience selling engineering, design, or technology services to Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Existing relationships within key aerospace accounts. Strong technical, commercial, and consultative selling skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Willingness to travel across the Eastern U.S. and internationally as required. Must Have Min 10 years experience of Engineering Services (ER&D) Sales in Aerospace/Defence Domain Experience is a Must Driving large deals in excess of $20 million and deep networks in Aerospace companies.
