Legora is seeking a Director of Business Operations in New York to build the operating model, own planning cadence, and drive company-wide alignment as we scale to 1,600+ people across locations. You will lead the Business Operations team, partner with the CEO office and IT, and push data-driven decision making with a focus on MBR/QBR cadence and metric trees.
