Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting required. Experience working with ERP systems preferred. Experience using Concur expense management software is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Manage accounts payable workflows and respond to payment inquiries. Review and reconcile company credit card statements and expense reports. Enter accounting data accurately into the accounting system. Reconcile accounts payable balances and maintain vendor records. Collect and maintain W‑9 documentation for vendors. Reconcile general ledger subsidiary accounts related to accounts payable, prepayments, use tax, and cash disbursements. Process weekly check runs. Support daily banking activities, including fund transfers and account monitoring. Assist with domestic and international electronic payments, ACH transactions, and wire transfers. Maintain accounting records and files for audit, tax, and compliance purposes. Provide administrative and accounting support as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.
