Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health issues, particularly as they relate to patients in hospital and detox settings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with a variety of health professionals.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices relevant to brief therapy models in a counseling environment.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting, efficiently managing a diverse caseload while providing empathetic care and attention to each patient.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who possess at least three years of experienced working within mental health care settings, specifically with backgrounds in detox, crisis intervention, or community-based services. Familiarity with therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be advantageous.
