Client Representative

Whole Team Innovations is hiring a professional and personable Client Representative to join our growing team in Chicago, IL. This full-time, on-site role is focused on supporting local business clientele, account communication, client services, and relationship management . No previous client-facing experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and support to help new team members learn our services, understand client needs, and build strong professional communication skills. As a Client Representative, you will work directly with local businesses throughout the Downers Grove and greater Chicago area. You will assist with client questions, service information, account support, follow-up communication, and ongoing relationship management.
