Client services rep

Join our team in supporting a newly acquired health system account at Mount Sinai and Holy Cross. We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Temporary Site Associate to handle daily operations across Mail/Courier Services, Copy/Print Production, Device Maintenance, and Shipping/Receiving.

This role offers cross-training across all site workflows, making it ideal for a proactive multi-tasker who thrives in a dynamic environment.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Promptly reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
- Customer service. - Contributes to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
- Responsibilities may include Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services based on assigned location.
- Attends cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.
- Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client and/or division needs.
