Perform thorough industrial cleaning of HVAC air ducts, kitchen hood systems, and ovens to maintain safety standards. Operate specialized equipment, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and ladders, to service elevated building structures. Execute safely in confined spaces using required respirators and chemical protocols. Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles in optimal condition for daily field assignments. Travel to customer sites to deliver high-quality, professional maintenance services. Uphold strict safety compliance and customer-specific operational policies on every job site.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Comfort working at heights and capability to operate from lifts and ladders regularly. Physical ability to crawl, lift heavy equipment, and work with arms raised above head. Willingness to learn respirator usage, chemical handling, and confined space protocols. Willingness to travel up to 20% outside the local area as required. Driver's License (with 4 points or less), ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Up to 2 years of experience in hands-on trade work, general labor, or industrial environments. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Military experience; veterans are highly encouraged to apply.

Hourly pay rate ranging from $25 to $27 per hour. Eligibility for Annual Bonus and Profit Sharing opportunities. Paid on-the-job training and all necessary tools provided by the company. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefit plans. Paid time off and holiday pay.
