Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time school psychologist position is available to provide telehealth psychological services within a school setting in the New Orleans area. The assignment begins August 3, 2026, and runs through May 27, 2027, following the school calendar. This role offers a 35-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with daily hours consisting of 7 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Key responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, counseling, and supporting students' mental health needs remotely via telehealth. Caseload specifics and assigned schools will be determined based on district needs. The psychologist will work with school-age children and adolescents.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Active Louisiana Department of Education Certification
• Active professional license in the state of residence
• Completion of drug screening and fingerprinting as required by district policies

Additional prerequisites involve internal prescreening to ensure suitability for the position. The credentialing process is timely, often resulting in same-day placement decisions.
