Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, ensuring measurable outcomes and progress tracking.

• Assess clients’ emotional and mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations, interviews, and established psychometric tools.

• Provide crisis intervention during sessions as needed, equipped to handle emergency situations with professionalism and care.

• Maintain and update confidential client records adhering to HIPAA regulations while documenting progress and treatment adjustments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to create cohesive care strategies for clients.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer-collaboration sessions to share insights and strategies that promote best practices in therapy.

• Stay current with licensure requirements and pursue continuing education opportunities relevant to marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families from a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, particularly focusing on those struggling with issues including relationship dynamics, communication challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction recovery. Our clients value a therapist who brings empathy and cultural competence to sessions, recognizing their lived experiences as part of the healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated experience working effectively with couples and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
