Manage and cultivate a portfolio of major donors and prospective supporters while building long-term philanthropic relationships. Partner with executive leadership and board members to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward high-capacity donors. Establish fundraising goals, performance metrics, and reporting processes to monitor progress and maximize revenue growth. Oversee donor database strategy, CRM management, reporting, and data integrity to support fundraising initiatives. Provide strategic oversight for fundraising events, ensuring they support donor cultivation, community engagement, and revenue objectives. Build and strengthen partnerships with community organizations, businesses, foundations, and local stakeholders. Develop strategies that increase organizational visibility and deepen community engagement. Lead and mentor development staff while fostering collaboration across fundraising, marketing, events, and program teams. Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit development, philanthropy, fundraising, or a related field. Demonstrated success securing major gifts and developing high-value donor relationships with measurable fundraising results. Experience developing and executing strategic fundraising plans that increase philanthropic revenue and donor engagement. Strong background managing donor databases, CRM platforms, fundraising analytics, and performance reporting. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of donor meetings, fundraising events, and community engagement activities. Must successfully complete required background screenings, including a physical, TB test, and drug test. Must be certified, or able to become certified, in CPR and First Aid.
