Bring your passion for speech-language pathology to a dynamic early learning environment near Bolingbrook, IL, where you’ll support young learners in reaching their full potential. This full-time contract position offers 35 hours per week within a collaborative, child-focused setting. Whether you are a Clinical Fellow (CFY) or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), your expertise will make a significant impact as you work with students in an early education setting.
We’re seeking dedicated professionals with school-based SLP experience and a deep commitment to pediatric speech therapy. Your ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans will be essential in this vital role, helping children improve communication skills that set the stage for lifelong success.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current PEL (Professional Educator License) required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience with pediatric populations in a school or early childhood setting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of best practices in assessment, IEP development, and documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for early learners
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Adapt interventions to meet diverse learning and communication needs
