The Durst Organization in New York seeks a Senior Property Accountant to handle full-cycle accounting for a mixed residential and retail portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Property Accounting, you will close monthly ledgers, manage cash, prepare reporting packages for investors and lenders, forecast cash, assist budgets and audits, and support tax processes.
