Customer Service Representative, Phone Support (LATAM), AI Training [Remote]

Support customers through live phone interactions while providing real-world input that helps improve next-generation AI systems. As an independent contractor, you will communicate with businesses and service providers across the United States to complete everyday customer requests.

• Place and receive calls on customers’ behalf for reservations, appointment scheduling, and vendor confirmations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with businesses and service providers to gather information and fulfill requests.
• Navigate phone menus, hold queues, and call centers to reach the appropriate contact.
• Accurately document outcomes and important details from each call while protecting confidential information.
• Manage a high volume of short, consecutive calls involving varied customer needs.
• Collaborate remotely to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive customer information.

• Experience in executive assistance, virtual assistance, concierge services, or phone-based customer support is preferred.
• Confident making outbound calls, including cold calls, and navigating automated phone systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage consecutive tasks, and provide high-quality remote service.
• Hospitality, restaurant, or travel industry experience is valued; negotiation or escalation experience is a plus.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality wired or USB headset are required.

• Remote independent-contractor engagement open to candidates located in Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.
• Initial engagement of four weeks, consisting of four 5-hour shifts per week, up to 20 hours weekly.
• You must remain fully active and responsive throughout every scheduled shift.
• Weekend availability is required for some team members.
• Selected candidates are typically placed within 48 hours and should be prepared to begin their first shifts within 24 to 48 hours after completing the required onboarding steps.

$18 to $28 per hour. Payment is based on scheduled available hours, not the number of calls completed.

Fluent, neutral, and clear spoken English is required, along with strong improvisation and live-conversation skills for U.S.-based interactions.
