The Order Processor plays a crucial role within the processing team by efficiently pulling, fulfilling, and tracking orders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with team members and reporting directly to a supervisor to maintain high standards in order management and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Pull and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Track orders through to delivery to ensure timely processing
- Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and completeness
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Good communication abilities
