School-Based Physical Therapist

School-Based Physical Therapist delivering services in Jefferson, MA for an 18-week contract. Provide therapy to students, supervise PTAs, and collaborate with school staff. Earn up to $58 per hour with competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver school-based physical therapy services to students.
• Supervise and collaborate with 2 PTAs to ensure quality care and compliance.
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records per facility protocols.
• Communicate with school staff, parents, and healthcare teams to support student needs.

Qualifications:

• PT degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• MA PT license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in school-based physical therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Background check required.
• Physical capability to perform school-based therapy duties.
• Ability to work part-time 24 hours per week.

Preferred Skills:

• BLS certification.
• Experience supervising PTAs.
