Located in Modesto, CA Salary: $18-$25 an hour Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Apartment Complex We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-established apartment complex. This position involves performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Basic repairs and turnovers, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work.Ensuring the grounds are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Assisting with janitorial tasks, including cleaning vacant apartments. Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or similar roles preferred.
Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Compensation: $18-$20 per hour, with potential for more based on experience.
