Part-Time Office Manager at Inland Truck Parts & Service Location: Missoula, Montana Hours: Part-Time, less than 30 hours per week. No nights or weekends. About the Role: As our Office Manager, you’ll handle a variety of bookkeeping and administrative tasks—all while maintaining a welcoming and upbeat environment. Who You Are: You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills You pay close attention to the small details You’re proactive, reliable, and enjoy helping others You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal You’re friendly, professional, and love creating a positive atmosphere An Ideal Candidate is/has: self-motivated, organized, team / people-oriented high energy and detail-oriented ability to responsibly & honestly handle financial transactions excellent / effective communication & customer service skills knowledgeable with Microsoft Word & Excel willing to accept varied tasks and eager to learn general knowledge of accounting & bookkeeping principles experience with operating a multiple line phone Post-offer testing required, including a pre-employment physical, FCE, and a drug test.
