Executive Support & Project Coordination Specialist

Administrative Assistant – Senior Leadership Support Provide dedicated support to members of our senior leadership team. Construction Administrative Assistant (Project Coordinator) Partner with a construction company to coordinate administrative tasks (details not fully provided). Safety Department Administrative Assistant Provide administrative support to the Safety department. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and safety documents. Senior Administrative Coordinator Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team. Administrative Assistant – Front Desk Representative Serve as the first-line representative; greet visitors, clients, and staff; efficiently direct guests. Document & Bid Preparation Assistant Compile and assemble bid documents, including plans and specifications. Organize and maintain project folders with proper version control and file naming standards. Sales Assistant Partner closely with sales leadership as a trusted resource, ensuring critical sales support.
