Training, Development & Benefits: Our training program extends beyond the virtual and physical classroom, as our agents learn best by doing. Every office has a dedicated sales-support team, consisting of our management team and in-office sales management trainers, who work with agents step-by-step to ensure they’ve honed the necessary skills to meet their goals and effectively service their clients. Compensation:

$100,000 yearly at plan

Responsibilities:

• Develop and employ marketing and business plans to grow your client base
• Seek and reach out to potential clients to learn about their financial circumstances and goals
• Hone your knowledge and professional skills by successfully completing the New York Life training curriculum
• Deliver responsible business planning, insurance, and retirement education via options for high-quality life insurance, fixed annuities, securities, long-term care insurance, and other related products
• Help clients achieve their financial goals by presenting a breadth of solutions offered by our competitive suite of products and services

• Discuss financial concerns and needs with potential clients identified during the prospecting process
• Ensure effective insurance, retirement, and business planning education through an array of service offerings, including high-quality insurance, fixed annuities, long-term care insurance, securities, investments, and more

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales and implementing growth strategies a plus
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to communicate complex skills
• Strong business acumen
• Strong values of integrity are a must
• Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks and contacts

• A growth mindset and sales experience are strongly preferred
• Solid business expertise and knowledge are a must
• Backgrounds in people-oriented careers are a plus!
• Backgrounds in teaching and coaching are a plus as well!
