ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/ Purchase Order Assistant to support daily operations through accurate data entry and system maintenance. Enter, update, and maintain style and purchase order data in Excel and web-based systems. Upload data for style/order creation and ensure accuracy across all entries. Perform daily maintenance of purchase orders and style master data in AIMS. Maintain cost sheets, style information, and purchase order details (pricing, quantities, etc.). Review data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and make corrections as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and smooth workflow. Perform related duties as assigned. COMPETENCIES Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with purchase order or ERP systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines. Team‑oriented with strong organizational skills. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 1–2 years of relevant data entry or purchase order experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
