Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric or psychosocial assessments, including mental status examinations to evaluate clients' initial needs and facilitate tailored treatment.

• Design and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that goals reflect their unique situations while prioritizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Facilitate a range of therapeutic modalities, including individual therapy, couple’s therapy, family therapy, psychoeducation, and group therapy, adapting your approach to meet each individual's needs.
\n
• Deliver supportive therapies such as problem-solving, role-playing, modeling, and assertiveness training, aimed at enhancing clients' social skills and community interactions.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes in our electronic health record system according to organizational policies, while consistently monitoring outcome measurements to assess the effectiveness of interventions.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working closely with referral sources and other clinical team members to optimize client care.
\n
• Perform ongoing evaluations of treatment outcomes, making necessary adjustments to interventions to improve patient progress and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our clinic is dedicated to addressing the unique needs of each client, ensuring a culturally competent and supportive approach that respects the individual’s background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.

• An active Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the mental health field.
\n
• Candidates must reside in Washington State to facilitate in-person collaboration when necessary.

• Proficient training in evidence-based practices and the ability to implement them effectively within the context of therapy.
\n
• Strong writing skills for producing quality notes and intake reports.
\n
• Excellent time management skills to balance client caseloads and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and treatment frameworks, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Familiarity with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or families in crisis, can enhance the therapeutic relationship and impact.

Compensation and Benefits\n
