Job Details

You'll manage an active caseload of employment-based immigration matters across a diverse employer client base — serving as primary point of contact for employer clients and HR stakeholders across six continents.

• Handle H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN nonimmigrant visa petitions
• Prepare PERM labor certification filings
• Draft and review I-140 immigrant petitions and Adjustment of Status applications
• Draft petitions, support letters, and legal briefs to a high standard of precision
• Manage simultaneous deadlines across multiple active matters
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case progression

Looking for:

• J.D. and bar admission in any U.S. state
• 1.5+ years of employment-based immigration experience

Familiarity with any of the following welcomed:

• H-1B / L-1 / O-1 / TN nonimmigrant visa petitions
• PERM Labor Certification
• I-140 Immigrant Petitions
• Adjustment of Status
• Consular Processing
• Global Work Authorization
• Employer Compliance
