Overview Corporate Associate – Private Equity / Investment Management (Confidential). Location: Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington, D.C. The Opportunity A sophisticated, growth-oriented law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with a strong background in private equity and investment management to join its expanding transactional practice. This role is well-suited for an attorney who enjoys complex fund work, close client interaction, and building long-term expertise in the private funds space.
