Son Shine Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an experienced, dependable, and positive Office Manager to join our growing pediatric dental practice! ☀️
What You’ll Do
As our Office Manager, you’ll play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly and supporting our team each day.
Responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing daily front-office operations
• Managing and supporting our administrative team
• Helping maintain an efficient and organized schedule
• Supporting patient communication and customer service
• Assisting with insurance, billing, and accounts receivable processes
• Monitoring office policies, procedures, and workflows
• Helping with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
• Addressing day-to-day staffing and operational needs
• Communicating closely with the doctor and leadership team
• Helping maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming office culture
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience

Dental office management experience is strongly preferred , especially experience with scheduling, insurance, billing, and team management.
