We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager or Account Executive to drive new business with both buy-side and sell-side institutions across North America. This is a multi-product consultative hunter role focused on winning and expanding partnerships with hedge funds, asset managers, global banks, broker-dealers and trading firms. You'll own the full sales cycle for complex enterprise SaaS deals, engaging senior stakeholders in compliance, operations and technology. Work Eligibility We require candidates to have permission to work in the US without sponsorship. We work hybrid and ask that new FundAppers spend 3 days per week at our shiny New York office during their first 6 months, to make the most of getting to know the business and other FundAppers. After that, our policy is at least 2 days per week in the office to collaborate, connect, and make the most of our shared space. - Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from account mapping and outbound through to RFPs, negotiations, and close
- Partner with product, marketing and business development to shape go-to-market strategies that resonate with financial institutions
- Establish and grow trusted relationships with senior compliance, risk and operations leaders at financial institutions
- Navigate complex sales processes including RFPs, proposal development, pricing negotiations and legal reviews
- Manage your pipeline with accuracy and accountability, providing clear forecasting and insight to the team
- Proven success meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with deal sizes of $100,000 - $200,000+
- Strong understanding of capital markets, trading workflows and regulatory pressures faced by financial institutions
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal skills
- An entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, with a track record of taking ownership and driving outcomes in a team environment
- Established relationships with decision-makers across compliance, operations and trading support functions within buy-side and sell-side institutions
- Experience selling into capital markets / compliance / regtech
