Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage high-volume communication, administrative responsibilities, and problem resolution.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized , with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

• Pay: $22–$27/hour (based on experience)
• Interview Type: In-person with client
• Schedule Flexibility: Required (training on first shift, then assigned schedule)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and computer systems
• Accurately complete administrative tasks and data entry
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel formulas and functions
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Support logistics-related inquiries when applicable

Requirements

• 3–5 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas/functions)
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
• Self-starter with high attention to detail
• Ability to train on first shift
• Logistics experience is a plus

Available Shifts

• Second Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM (1 opening)
• Third Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM (2 openings)
• Weekend Nights: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (2 openings)
• Weekend Days: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1 opening)
