HR Generalist

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following): Handle performance management and corrective action processes in partnership with HRBP. Provide guidance on employee relations concerns in partnership with management. Work with the Legal team to draft employee severance agreements. Facilitate employee changes within Workday (pay changes, title changes, cost center changes, etc.) Process employee terminations within Workday. Partner with the HR team to manage large group onboardings. Present key information as needed to leadership. Manage projects and initiatives as directed by management. Drive continuous improvement across all responsibilities & processes. Ensure compliance with local/state/federal laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from Workday. Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. Undertake tasks around performance management. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities. Ensure compliance with labor regulations. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this job.) At least 2+ years of relevant experience Strong presentation skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. At least 2+ years of experience in HR PHR or SHRM certification WORK LOCATION This position requires on-site attendance. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Sedentary Work Career Level Individual Contributor (IC) The expected salary range for this position is between: $61,200.00 - $71,000.00 The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
