Pay: $20.00 - 25.00 per hour Position: Japanese Bilingual Office Administrator Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite) Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Non-Exempt Full-Time, Direct Hire

A global company is seeking a Japanese-speaking Bilingual Office Administrator to support daily office operations, including order processing, general office administration, and expense entry. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating in Japanese at a conversational to advanced level.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

• Process purchase orders and communicate with vendors
• Perform general office administration tasks, including filing, document preparation, and scheduling support
• Enter and track expenses accurately in company systems
• Prepare and review business documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Create, update, and verify documents using the company's internal systems
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Support general office operations, including light office maintenance
• Assist with other administrative and office-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Conversational Japanese bilingual skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous office or administrative experience
• Experience with order processing using an ERP system is a plus.
