Role Description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for US-based business owners or administrators who actively manage a verified Google Business Profile and use Google Chat regularly within their business. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on verified business communication participation, Google Business Profile eligibility, and Google Chat usage review. Selected professionals will confirm eligibility criteria, complete structured verification steps, and participate in project work aligned with business communication review requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Profile & Eligibility Review
  • Confirm active ownership or administrator status for a verified Google Business Profile
  • Confirm US-based business status and English-language business communication environment
  • Follow detailed project instructions for eligibility review and verification
  • Provide accurate information related to business profile ownership and Google Chat usage
• Google Chat Business Usage Review
  • Confirm regular business use of Google Chat across direct messages and Spaces
  • Meet minimum internal usage requirements, including at least 500 internal messages across DMs and Spaces
  • Confirm that at least 10 employees actively use Google Chat within the business
  • Confirm that less than 10% of eligible messages are from the past month
• Project Participation & Documentation
  • Complete required project review steps accurately and on time
  • Follow instructions for any requested verification, documentation, or participation steps
  • Maintain clear communication throughout the project review process
  • Participate only with business accounts, materials, and access that the applicant is authorized to use

Qualifications

• Active ownership or administrator access to a verified Google Business Profile
• US-based business presence
• Regular Google Chat use within the business
• At least 10 employees actively using Google Chat
• English-language business communication environment
• Ability to follow structured instructions and complete verification steps accurately
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment

Requirements

• No specific academic degree is required for this opportunity
• Backgrounds in business ownership, business administration, team management, entrepreneurship, professional services, retail, hospitality, healthcare, local services, technology, or other business environments may be relevant
• Experience managing Google Workspace or business communication tools may be especially valuable

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Google Chat, Google Business Profile, and internal business communication workflows
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more employees

Contract Details

• Independent contractor role

• Minimum eligibility includes at least 500 internal messages across DMs and Spaces, at least 10 employees actively using Google Chat, and less than 10% of eligible messages from the past month
• Competitive rate up to $130 per hour depending on eligibility and project scope
• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or adjusted depending on scope and performance
• Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
