Modern Resto Construction client is seeking a driven Account Executive to help grow our client base across the Los Angeles market. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing sales role with direct access to company leadership and real influence on business growth. Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and field prospecting Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract Meet with prospective clients on‑site and build long‑term relationships Collaborate with leadership and operations teams on proposals and bids Consistently close deals and hit revenue goals Qualifications Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated and comfortable owning a pipeline Construction industry experience is a plus Existing LA real estate, development, or construction connections are highly preferred At 9m 10% + salary jump to 100k base (Projecting before end of year 1) At 18m it would be 12.5% + salary jump to 200k base (Projecting before end of year 2) Max projected commission % would be 15% at 27m #J-18808-Ljbffr Terranova Talent Solutions
