Account Manager for the West Coast
Our fragrance client is looking for an experienced Account Manager who will oversee the West Coast region's client accounts, work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver fragrance solutions. This position serves as a preparatory role for succession planning with opportunities to take over key accounts and leadership in the Los Angeles office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored fragrance solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the West Coast market.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a fragrance house or related field.
- Strong understanding of fragrance and its applications in various products.
- Technical knowledge of fragrances is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work closely with a team and independently manage accounts.
- Open to local and regional travel including Asia.
- Competitive salary with commission and performance bonuses.
