Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients to foster open communication and engagement.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges impacting clients and their relationships.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect client needs, goals, and preferences.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based strategies to guide clients toward positive changes.

• Provide ongoing support and resources, including referrals to additional specialists as necessary, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele who may present with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
