Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized tools to inform treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment strategies that align with their personal goals, preferences, and needs, ensuring that they are actively engaged in their therapeutic journey.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), effectively addressing the unique challenges presented by each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them and enhance their understanding of mental health.
