This remote position offers a flexible schedule, enabling clinicians to select their caseload of 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver outpatient mental health treatment, including diagnostic assessments, case management, treatment planning, and psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive therapy, addressing various mental disorders and co-occurring conditions in compliance with the most current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine clinical needs and urgency, coordinating care plans with psychiatrists and psychologists as necessary.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies tailored to the unique needs of your clients.

• Engage in clinical team meetings, collaborating with peers on treatment strategies, quality assurance, and departmental initiatives.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical encounters, therapy paperwork, and communications with family members and referral sources, with the utmost respect for patient confidentiality.

• Act as a consultant within the team, aiding in the resolution of complex cases and enhancing overall treatment quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a valued member of our team, you will work primarily with individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as an LMFT or Psy.D in the state of Texas.

• Education qualifications include a master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
