The Treetop is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy in home and clinic settings. Join a supportive team that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth while making a lasting impact on children and families across North Carolina.As an In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settingsImplement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programsCollect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goalsMaintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staffSupport positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategiesActive RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training courseHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and reliable transportationExperience working with children of varying ages and abilitiesTRICARE certificationCPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)The Treetop provides compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy services for children ages 2–18 in home, clinic, and community settings.
