Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, identifying specific needs and recovery goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.

• Lead engaging individual counseling sessions while adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions, encouraging shared experiences and mutual support among participants on similar recovery journeys.

• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive well-rounded and integrated care through regular team meetings and consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals grappling with substance use disorders, encompassing various demographics and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this exciting position is USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, coupled with performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
