This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own environment while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring our practitioners can focus on providing care during peak hours while also allowing time for personal rejuvenation. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, taking into account their severity, frequency, and individual histories.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning strategies with their preferred goals and treatment approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address symptoms and foster client resiliency.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorder management, providing resources and self-care strategies to enhance their coping skills.

• Monitor clients' therapeutic progress and adapt treatment plans proactively to maximize intervention impact.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care that addresses both therapeutic and pharmacological needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York.
