Construction Helper

Overview
We are a residential construction company looking for a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper with 3 to 5 years of experience, that will be reliable and has a strong work ethic. In this role you will assist with various tasks on job sites ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Please do not apply if you don't have experience in the construction/remodeling trades.
Resposabilities:
- Assist in tasks such as demo, set up, drywall, flooring, painting, and small plumbing and electrical work.
- Clean work areas during the day and at the end of the day.
- Help in rough and finish carpentry.
- Assist in the installation of kitchen and bathroom fixtures, cabinets, drywall, and appliances.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Help with loading and unloading materials and tools from trucks.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 year of experience in construction trades (demo, drywall, finish carpentry, some plumbing and electrical, flooring, painting, etc)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to grow in the business and to have a career that has a future and room for advancement.
- Must have a vehicle to be able to drive to the sites.
