Title: Recruiting Coordinator - Hybrid Location: Bolingbrook, IL Duration: 6 Months Must be in the Bolingbrook office 6x per month, EOW, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered
Description:
- Maintain accurate, timely iCIMS records and deliver seamless interview scheduling experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interview teams
- The Temporary Recruiting Coordinator provides high-quality coordination and administrative support to the Corporate Recruiting team.
- This role is primarily responsible for interview scheduling and iCIMS administration, while also supporting recruiting operations, candidate communications and team priorities as needed.
- The coordinator serves as a responsive, detail-oriented partner who helps keep hiring activity moving and creates a professional, welcoming experience at every interaction.
- Not looking for a full-cycle recruiter
Candidates must have:
- Candidates must be local.
- Candidates must have experience with iCIMS.
