Accounts Payable Accountant

Taking independent ownership of complex accounts payable tasks, the remote AP Accountant II will manage invoices, exceptions, and reconciliations across assigned entities while supporting the development of junior colleagues. Key responsibilities Manage complex invoices and exceptions independently, exercising judgment in determining appropriate actions Oversee vendor relationships, responding to queries and resolving disputes while maintaining accurate records Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and AP aging review Required qualifications 7+ years of professional experience, with 3-5 years specifically in Accounts Payable, preferably in an international environment Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle AP activities, including vendor management and reconciliations Solid working knowledge of an ERP system, with NetSuite strongly preferred Experience handling multi-currency transactions across different legal entities Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
